Can't say enough good things about Kim. She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout the process. My family and I moved in from out of state, so we relied on Kim to be our eyes and ears on the ground. Kim would often times preview locations in person to make sure that any houses we were considering were up to our standards thereby saving us any unnecessary trips to CT. Linda Labbe made the sale of my property pretty simple... granted, it was a small, lower end condominium and I would assume considerably less work than a property on the water in Mystic, but I felt like i was in good hands.

Linda, in my opinion, seemed knowledgeable, not only regarding my property and its location, but also the minor in's and outs of her profession. I was almost embarrassed with her initial asking price proposal, however, once she presented her research findings, it made sense. I had offers within a day or two of her listing it!

I feel confident that she would have handled my case the same if it had been a big Colonial in Stonington and I also appreciated the fact that she did not mind communicating via text message.

Prish was incredible throughout our purchase. She put together a tour of houses on short-notice and after we chose a house she arranged an inspection in one-day because we were buying from out of town. She helped us sort through the inspection report, got vendors in to further assess the house and was just terrific overall.
